Op done I have boobies lol!!

Thought I’d give you all my story so far as I know how much reading other people’s!

I first went for my initial consultation with MYA in August! Which was with my PC who is absolutely lovely! You discuss sizes profiles priced finance general things.. You get to feel the implants and see similar result pictures to what you want.. After this I booked my surgeon consultation which was the before pictures your measurements what your wanting surgeons opinions then you put the sports bra on with the implants inside so you can get a feel for what your after!!

After the surgeon consultation I booked my op for today, yes very big gap but I knew I didn’t have the holidays last year(MYA can provide a sick note, but i had just started a new job so didn’t want to jeopardise that) anyway!!!
6 weeks ago I had my pre op assessment which was absolutely fine you have an armpit and nose swab then they check your bmi I did have to have blood taken but this was because I’m underweight so they have to check there’s no underlying problems! That is pretty much it they tell you your do’s and don’t’ sand your on your way
The rest has just been a waiting game I brought my post op bras and everything I would need in August lol!

I received my admission time on Friday evening which was 7am which was the best news ever I was second on the list woooo!

I travelled down yesterday lunchtime to arrive in London about 4 and hacked into the hotel had a shower make sure your not hairy your walking around with legs out lol!

Got to the hospital 7 this morning was taken pretty much straight away to my room and was giving a pregnancy test to take (all clear phew lol) and pop my lovely gown socks pants and hair net on!
Nurses can back and fourth to check if I was ok and sign paperwork then I met the anaesthesis he was a lovely man, he explained what would happen any side affects all the usual..
As soon as he walked out my lovely surgeon Linda walked in to take some more pics and sea all over me lol! She told me the sizes she was taking in 250 – 375 and all in between (due to asymmetry I would need 50-75cc difference in each boob) so she left at about 10 past 8 then the nurse came back and took my height and weight and blood pressure then 8:55 a male nurse came to take me to theatre! So I skipped along the corridor with the nurse and we walked into the theatre room where I practically dived into the operating table in excitement lol! Everyone chats to you to explain what there doing the anaesthesis put that thing in the back of my hand and said he will be putting something in that will make me feel drunk then something else to make me sleep, the first one went in and he explained that it would sting a little just because of the chemicals but it’s not doing any harm! It didn’t sting at all it’s a strange feeling you can feel it spreading into your arm of that makes any sense lol? Anyway I remember thinking wow I do feel drunk then I was waking up in the recovery room! I was shaking like mad when I woke up as I felt freezing (I wasn’t) it’s just a side affect of the anaesthetic so the nurse put a tube blowing hot air under my blanket and an extra blanket on top I think I stayed there for about ten minutes dozing and shivering lol then they wheeled me back to my room and brought a heater in and out that next to me and after about 5 minutes I was fine! I got back to my room at 11 they give an hour for the op and an hour in recovery to wake up so perfect timing! I was told to drink lots of water and had coffee and toast! I think I had 20 weed ‘s after I was constantly busting but the nurses were pleased as you can’t leave until you’ve been once! I also got to have a look at my new assets in the mirror each time lol! After ringing everyone I could think of to tell them all about it my surgeon came in to put my sports bra on and tell me how it went, we went with 250 moderate plus in left and 325 high profile right to even them out over the muscle also! I was then fine to go just before 4 so I walked back to the hotel and had a subway I was bloody starving!

at the moment I have absolutely no pain just abit tight but nothing like I was expecting I could almost say I was absolutely fine!!

And now the proud owner of some beautiful assets!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to take a picture but I think I was half asleep and drugged up so couldn’t be bothered to take my gown off and now the spots bras on lol! Will keep posting pics though!

Awh glad it’s put you at ease Hun there’s really nothing at all to be scared of! It’s way to exciting when you get there and when you go to theatre it’s seconds before your sleeping so it’s over so quickly it’s nothing to be scared of! How are you feeling? What sizes are you going for? Thank you I’m so pleased with them considering it’s the biggest size I was allowed I was worried they were going to be tiny but I love them already ! Xx

I love this post ? I’m in on 10th Feb for mine can’t wait but also naturally quite nervous…. I can’t wait til I’ve got my boobies I’m having 500cc overs ?
So what did you actually take with you on the day??? Did you just go in a loose tracksuit?? I’ve read a couple of posts that say you need to take a nightie dressing gown and slippers but I wasn’t told this I was just told to take my bras and wear loose clothing that zips up ? Xx

@jamie thank you Hun!really there’s absolutely nothing to be nervous about the staff are amazing and make you feel so at home and by the time it comes round your just dying to get it over with lol! I would have loved 500 OMG lol! So lucky but because I’m still young and underweight they said my skins very young and thin so I’d have loads of stretch marks if I went any bigger than I did! I wore tracker bottoms a button up top and a hoodie and trainers! all I took with me was my phone charger and some magazines! They give you a gown slippers socks a hair net and dressing gown and pants lol so once I had the op I stayed in that until I left them just got dressed Hun! XXXX

@esia704 thank you so much! What are your sizes and profiles and everything have you decided? It’s very exciting the nurses thought I was insane because I wasn’t nervous at all I was almost running into theatre lol! But it was booked for so long you just want it done! You’ll be absolutely fine xxx

I have just re-read this and there are so many sentences with random words that I have no idea where they came from, obviously I thought the anaesthetic and painkillers were still very much in my system sorry ladies just ignore all the strange words !!!

Great experience thanks for sharing, I’m in 2 weeks ? Hehe nervous but excited my macom bras came today, and had my pre-op so it’s all feeling very real. Keep us posted, hope your recovery goes well xx

Aw not tiny at all! They’re a really good size. I’m having 375cc unders and I’m literally so flat chested like a 32aaa so anything bigger is gunna be quite shocking to me. I’m okay feeling excited but can’t sleep at night already thinking about it lol do you know the latest admission time? Xx

I had 375cc overs yesterday X they are strapped up but looking good ?

@ellie no I actually love the size of mine hopefully they will measure out a d but they seem a good size for my body! My friend had 375 infers about 6 months ago and hers look amazing so you have nothing to worry about they will be gorgeous babe! Who’s your surgeon?
And I’m not sure tbh chick are you an overnight stay? My friends admission time was 12 but she didn’t go down till 3:30 for the op and she was an overnight stay xxx
