Op done today. 375cc uhp overs :)

Hi girls. Had my op today at Preston with dr mounir. I had 375cc uhp overs from a 30A.
Not in as much pain as I expected, just a little sore in places.
The front pic looks silly as they are so pointed and they are very high at the moment, hope they drop so they will look more natural.
Any1 elses look pointy? And how long before the pointiness went away?
Currently wearing a 32d sports bra and it fit nicely. Hoping my overall look will be a d cup, what do u girls think?? Xxx

im a 34 a i wear a b but its a push up double padded one which I’m sure most us girls on here are familiar with ?
I’m size 10 5ft 6 so worrying that they will be too small now as I’m not skinny and petite like a lot of the lovely ladies on here.
going for a final consult on friday so might push for 420cc
Even though I’m not skiing I’m very slim on top tho more a pear shape 🙁
I have a very narrow chest and the surgeon thinks 375cc is my max to active a good result and less chance of complications.
I don’t know i guess they know what they are talking about so we have to trust x

Aww hun dont b so negative. . Ur frame sounds lovely and size 10 is small still. But I know wat u mean by being smaller on top.. makes u feel out of proportion doesn’t it. Im slightly slimmer as im an 8 and 5ft 3ish & I always felt out of proportion but I think having larger breasts will even me out so it will b same 4 u hun. I think 375cc will still be perfect for u as ur only slightly diff from me. 375 was the biggest I could go with me having hardly any breast tissue & being slightly assymetry (sorry about spelling lol). They feel really tight so dont think he wud have fitted bigger in anyway. U cud always push for slightly bigger hun but remember the bigger u go the more chance of complications, which was what I was told also. But im sure if ur surgeon agrees to go bigger then it will b fine as he wudnt put bigger in if there was too much risk would he. Let me know how u get on on friday then hun. Good luck xxx

I am having 350/375 UHP overs from a 32a/b. You are the only lady so far I have found that is similar stats to mine, slim, having UHP overs xx

Im not in that much pain so far hun. Apart from when ive been sat for a while then I try to get up it hurts a bit but nothing major. I feel slight pulling near my armpits if i try to lift mt arms a bit so tend not to.
Sleeping upright wasnt too bad. I didn’t wake onee last nice thankfully but when I woke up in the morning and tried to get up it was slightly painful but more of a dull ache but once im up and about its not as bad. Only taking my antibiotics and paracetamol, will take codene if I get any worse pain though. So far.so good I think 🙂

Yeah its hard finding some1 very similar isnt it & its nice when u do so u can compare & support each other 🙂 xx

Thank you, I would very much appreciated it! Sitting still and sleeping is obviously one that stiffens you and then creates uncomfortableness, makes sense. You been up to much with your day today or you just chilling? Dr Mounir has told me to walk around as much as possible after…even if you haven’t, would you feel up to going out for a walk?
Definitely nice to have someone with the same implants profile as me and the same starting stats.
I was originally meant to be having 400cc HP partials but because of sports Dr Mounir has said 350 UHP Overs. Was just worrying because that wasn’t his first choice for my best look that I wanted. Just nice to have some reassurance which only comes in seeing other ladies and I’ve finally found you hehe. How long you got off work? xx

I work from home hun doing flowers and im only just coming off maternity so going to go back to work as soon as I feel well enough. Although, im doing my friends wedding flowers for end of April 🙂 my partner has the rest of this week off to help out though. A bit worried about next wk as I have an 8month old daughter.. worried about having to lift her & push her in the pushchair :/
Yeah id be fine going for a walk hun, I actually seem better when im up & about. Havent done much today though, got home from hotel around 1pm then picked the kiddies up. Just been chilling really although ive tried to help my partner out a bit with washing, cleaning kitchen and table etc but nothing too strenuous. U know when ur doing too much as u can feel it pulling & it aches more. But I think if I try surely it will help my healing in the long run.
I would deffintly go with what dr mounir suggests. He offered me unders too but said I would have a high risk of double crease so I went with overs. Xxx

@rachel overs heal faster than partials/unders they take 3 months to fully heal and make all changes xx

@lisa maria. Yeah ive heard that overs heal quicker. I hope the the case with mine also. 3 months is nothing really is it. I just need to try and be patient. Xx

Morning Rachel. Hope you had a lovely night sleep and not feeling too bad today! I wouldn’t worry about the pointiness, it’s just going to take them some time to settle and maybe they would look slightly more pointy than other peoples because they are UHP? They will settle and look great, I know they will. As you said, Dr Mounir is fab and knows what he’s talking about. He is genuinely lovely and I feel so confident in my decision in surgeon. I bet he was so lovely and comforting on your day of surgery wasn’t he?
Aww that’s great that you work from home, gives you a sense of peace of mind knowing that you have that freedom. I have 9 days off after my op and hope that I will be fine to drive quite quickly. Yeah my partner is taking the week off with me too to help me out even though I don’t have a little one. Aww you have an 8 month old daughter, cute! So seeing as you aren’t allowed to lift her at the min, are you just having to sit on the sofa and give her a cuddle? As Lisa said, you will heal faster with overs.

Morning @leigh. Just uploaded a couple more pics but not much change as of yet, unsure if one has started to drop a little though cos its sitting slightly lower than the other. Last nights sleep was ok its just the mornings u feel so stiff on waking and my back really hurt aswell with sleeping upwards all night. Had to take a stronger pain killer this morning too but they dont seem too bad now ive had a little walk about etc. Just had a low bath too and feel nicer now 🙂
What sort of work do u do hun? Im sure 9 days will be ok. As for driving someone told me u cant drive for 2wks and im not a driver yet but ive booked my test in for 3 wks time to make sure I have enough recovery time. I can understand why they say u cant drive as even opening a car door is slightly painful so I can only imagine what it would be like trying to turn a full lock lol.
Unfortunately im struggling to have cuddles from my daughter at the min as my boobs are really sore so I can’t really hold her on sofa incase she wriggles n knocks them. But getting plenty of kisses and im still trying to do stuff with her like feeding her dinner etc but I have to put her in her swing which is nice and lower than her highchair 🙂
a double crease is where u can see the outline if the implant so it looks likenu had a double breast, if u get me? Lol. Xxx

Oooo I think they do look a little different, I don’t think they are as pointy and it may just be because you were laying down in the first one but I think they look closer together too. I can imagine that the mornings are stiff and I am definitely dreading the sleeping upright, I think that I am going to have to sleep on my corner sofa for the first couple of weeks to make me comfy as I will definitely want to lay down being in bed! Did you buy yourself a v pillow? What size sports bra are you wearing or did you buy a Macom? I bet a low bath made you feel better, I only have a shower so my partner is going to have to help me, not going to be good as I can be very ticklish at points. No doubt going to be one hell of an experience as I am sooo independent.
I am an account manager so sit at a desk but I live about 35/40 minutes from work so have to drive :-/ Ooo you got your driving test booked? How exciting for you! Will this be your first test? How you feeling about it and specially when you can’t have many lessons leading up to it?
Opening a door can be slightly painful can it? :-/ Yeah I didn’t even think about your daughter knocking them if you gave her cuddles, doh! That first cuddle will be fab though when you get it!
I had a look at some google images of double crease..and as if Dr Mounir picked up on that. He was the only surgeon that picked up on the fact that I have one leg slightly longer than the other which offsets my breast bones slightly (I knew this because I have physio quite a bit with sports) Amazing surgeon and I haven’t even had mine done yet! xx

Yes hes an amazing surgeon I agree. I actually went to a total diff company before mya n he didnt even pick up that I jad 1 breast slightly smaller than the other but dr mounir noticed it straight away 🙂 and the other surgeon said he wud only fit 275 max in, so glad I went with mya now the whole experience has been great & felt soo much at ease as soon as I walked in there.
Ooo do ya think? Its hard to notice myself but a friend of mine also said she thinks 1 has dropped a bit 🙂
I didnt get a v pillow no but ive got my long pregnancy pillow which im positioning it like a v pillow behind me when I sleep. Im currently wearing a 32D shock absorber and also got some 32D comfort bras too 🙂
I know what u mean with the independence part im the same. N im very house proud too so the housework thing is annoying me a lot lol but my partner is trying his best and I keep trying to do little things too.
It will be my 2nd test hun. I failed the other wk my nerves just totally got the better of me and I got jelly leg and kept stalling which I never usually do. But fingers crossed for next time. Yeah I find that if doors are fully closed either car door or house doors it hurts when I pull them especially house door handles when u have to pull them down.
Cant wait for 1st cuddles of my daughter, I feel awful at the min xx

I’ve just had a nosey, they’re looking great and will be perfect once they’ve settled more. How are you feeling? Im boob obsessed at the moment, I’ll be glad to get the surgery out of the way,all this worry is driving me mad xx

Morning Rachel. How are you today hun? The week seems to have gone really quickly, how has it been fr you? Had a busy few days so haven’t been on.
I know what you mean with Dr Mounir picking up on things, I went to Dr Kazzazi first and he didn’t pick up on it and you think he would being the director of MYA. 32D shock absorber, that’s great. Is a D the size you wanted to be? I know they have a lot more settling to do yet. Are shock absorbers front fastening sports bras then?
Aww bless him. I am the same, constantly cleaning. Already leaving time the day before my op (my birthday) so that I clean my whole house from top to bottom lol.
I failed my first driving test too, I think that was the most nervous I’ve ever been. Once you’ve done it once, you know what to expect the second time which makes it a hell of a lot easier. I wen in there with a attitude the second of ‘you’ve got your driving licence and today you’re going to give me mine’. No doubt it will be much easier this time round!
Hope you are feeling so much better today! 3 weeks today for me and it really can’t come soon enough, my excitement is struggling to contain itself and I’m ready for a week off work lol xx

hello lovely! I’ve added you because I’m planning to book with mr M for the end of April! I’ve seen four surgeons now and he by far made me feel the most confident about it. The only problem is that he’s a lot more expensive but I think it will be worth it!
Because of asymmetry I have to have an uplift in one boob and implant to them both and he suggested up to 375, my smaller boob is about an A so mine will be about the same stats as yours! However the others said I could go up to 400 and I’m going to ask him if I can get 400 just cos I think it looks a bit more in proportion for me!
I’m so impatient to get a date and get going now! How was MYA’s aftercare so far? And which hospital did you go to?x

I would love.to look a D cup. Ive heard.a lot of people say with implants that u can measure big but loom smaller. Im hoping once they settle and fluff out a bit that I will look a D cup too.
Haha I did exactly the same hun. The run up to my op I had a lisy of jobs in the house that I needed to do and made sure I got them all ticked off within the week then then the day before my op I went round n cleaned everything. My partner is doing the cleaning at the min but u know what men are like lol they never seem to clean to our standards hehe.
The build up is really exiting isnt it. Do u feel like its going fast so far? I thought it would drag for me but it actually came round in no time. Yesh this wk has also flew by I agree. Im dreading next week though when my partner goes back to work :/
The shock absorber ive got isnt a front fastening one no, it fastens at the back but it has padding to support etc. I had a front fastenimg sports bra but when I tried it on after my op it was so uncompy so I sent it back. Xxx

Hi @Emily. Thanks for ur message hun. Hope ur well. Mr mournir is fab in my opinion and I felt so at ease with him. I didnt know he was more expensive though :/ but I suppose if u feel better with him & get what u want then its worth the extra isnt it.
Im sure he will try to get the 400 in hun as its only 25cc more. If I cud have gone that bit bigger I probably would have so id say push for the size u want hun aslong as it doesnt give u more risks u should be ok. I have slight asymmetry too and dr mournir said he may have to use slightly bigger in 1 breast but he never ended up doing it as far as I know.
I went to presron hospital hun and it was great, the staff are all lovely and very helpful and supportive. Mya’s aftercare so far has been fine. I spoke to the nurse yesturday about taking my digestive tablets and she gave me all the info needed and asked me.how I was and how my incisions were etc. Im booked in to see her on Monday too. Ive had no problems so far so alls good for me so far 🙂 xxx
