I am due my op in just over a week with Mr Mahdi. I’ve having modified mastopexy with implants.
I was offered 450, and he said he’s ordering 455, 430, 400 & 375 as he’s not entirely sure what will fit.
Has anyone had similar conversations to this, and then actually ended up with the bigger implants?
Hey Stacey I had my op last Saturday with mr Mahdi. I had the same treatment done. However I already had implants but one had ruptured. I was so unsure about size ex, as he ordered me 325,340,365 i organically had 295. I was worried how big they would be if I went for the larger but I had had a bay since my last surgery and had skin to fill. In the end I just had to trust his judgement on the day and tell him to do what fits best. It ended up being the largest size. I’m still swelled so hard to tell but think we have to just trust the process and the surgeon they only know once that open us up right xxx
Hi Amy! Thanks for the reply, hope your recovery is going well 🙂 that’s makes sense, it’s great he orders a range of sizes just to be on the safe side. Yeah you’re right, they don’t always know what will fit until they’re in there and can see what they’re dealing with. Hope you’re happy with your new breasts, but you’re right, it’s all about trusting the process!
