Op on Tuesday – what do I need to take?!

There used to be a post with a really good list of things to pack for op day but I cannot find it on here anymore!

What should I be taking with me? 🙂

hi Laura . It depends if your day surgery or staying the night I was day surgery and I took my iPad and magz for my wait my post op bra , I had a jacket with a front fastening either zip or button as comfy bottoms for on way home ( wore my pjs home as it was late) . My favourite Snacks/Drinks for after surgery and wet wipes to freshen myself up tooth brush and tooth paste as my mouth was soooo dry after and felt abit weird. Hope that helps xx

@emma-louise-2 ahh I hadn’t thought of tooth brush and tooth paste! Yeah I am day case, admission time 7.30am so an early start!

I took a bag full of things and all happened so fast all I ended up needing was my support bra and my lip balm!! Lol lip balm was very important my lips were so so dry after!!

@staceyhunt88 lip balm is a good idea, mine are already super cracked from this weather!
