Op tomorrow what to pack?? Help

Hiya ladies, my BA is tomorrow and still need to pack what do I pack? Xxx

Are you staying over? You def need a zip up/button up top half, slippers as you aren’t allowed to walk to theatre barefoot. I didn’t take a dressing gown and they gave me one but might be nicer if you had your own. Lots of magazines!!

Just day case but pc said to take a bag incase I needed to stay over..will remember slippers and dressing gown, like my own little comforts 🙂 going to pop out to the shop now and get some mags as didnt think about them xxx

I had drains after my op so had to wait 5 hours for them to take them out after – magazines are a godsend!! xx

Just saw you have same surgeon as me so yeah you will be in for a while, he is amazing though! I am 3 weeks post op tomorrow. The hospital is really good as well and the staff are lovely xx

Is that how long they make you wait babe with drains as I’m having drains :/ what did you have Hun? Xxx

I went down to theatre at 12.15 think by the time i came up it was 2 and they discharged me at 7.50! we booked into the holiday inn that was 2 mins round the corner so it was fine. went back and got takeaway delivered 🙂
Literally my incisions are 3 weeks old and are immaculate already once they have faded you will never know they are there!! I was a 32b and had 265 overs, think I’m gunna be a D which is what I asked for! Xx

Someone on here advised me to take a toothbrush an paste as the anaesthetic leaves a horrible taste in your mouth so I took that and was really glad of it!! I took some Munchies an a fizzy drink for after aswell. You’ll probs get something to eat from there though. I just wore a long button up top an leggings but pack you Jamas and underwear just incase. Roll on deodorant for after. Oooohhhh exciting good luck and enjoy your day just Go with the flow :-).. Let us know how u get on xxx

Hiya hunni’s thanks for all the advice it was very much appreciated..had my op yesterday, admission was 8am and went down about 10am ish, travelled from notts way to droitwich so not too far think it was about 1 hour and 20 mins it took us to get there..where did u travel from Hun? Soooo happy I have boobies, actually feel like a woman now 😀 lol. Have posted a few pics up, will post another today if I get round to it xxx

I’m starting to feel more comfortable in the boob department today, had a few muscle twitching kind of feelings so guessing everything is trying to heal? Really bloated from my meds though 🙁 how you feeling Hun? Xxx
