Plait your hair before the op! Also have a shower and wash your hair before you go or the night before. Use aqeous cream to remove the pen marks after surgery, take ur camera for pics lol! V-pillow!!! I havent had my op yet but these are some of the tips i have been given xxx
oh and if you havent already id start applying bio oil or cocoa butter to your boobs to soften the skin before it stretches, helps reduce stretch marks post op (apply post opp too but only to top of boobs while insicions heal) xxx
