Open Rhinoplasty

Hi all, Had my first consultation about Rhinoplasty..Dr Gonschior is who would operate on me! Haven’t booked anything yet just still thinking about it all so wondering if anyone has any advice or pre/post op photo’s?! thank youuu 😀 xx
