has anyone held a date for the opp before meeting the surgeon?

Yes I did, I paid the deposit but it’s refundable for 7 days after meeting surgeon if you’re not happy for any reason x

Yes, I did! They told me that it would be fully refundable for 7 days and that would be counted from my consultation with the surgeon, not from when I paid the deposit, so it was actually refundable for 3 weeks from when I actually paid it. I decided to go ahead with the surgery so I haven’t been able to test how quickly they refund monies, but I’ve found their customer service to be really good in all other respects. I think it’s worth doing. Good luck with what you decide!x

Yes I did. I paid my deposit to secure the date then met the surgeon 2 weeks after, was happy with consuktation so paid in full. But like other ladies said I was tokd the deposit was refundable 7 days after meeting the surgeon.

ok thank you ladies…I meet the surgeon on the 13th may and I could have the opp on the 22nd may and it would be £500 off the total price

Snap booked mine for 21st at beginning of this month. Seeing the surgeon next week; you can have your deposit back if you’re not happy after meeting the surgeon; it’s just a way for them to organise diaries x who is your surgeon? X

I did the same to hd my space, my pc said it takes a month to refund if you change your mind!!!

Tbh I think the PC appointment is a waste of time, you should go straight to the surgeon. I was offered mr traynorat first trust x
