    Hi girls!
I’m booked in for surgery on July 20th, but just wondered if any of you that have already had your ops done had any recommendations of things to back in my bag on the day of my op? (E.g. Comfy clothes, neck pillow, what bras to pack, etc etc)
    Would be really helpful!!!
    Thank you in advance xxx

Tbh girls you don’t really need much at all if you’re a day case.
I had my surgery on Saturday just gone and felt really weird as my bag was almost empty lol. I had, Macom bra, phone charger, shorts and a vest top in case I was way too hot. I wore joggers and a zip hoody there and wore them back too, plus sliders for footwear. Spare hair band just in case. Lip balm as anaesthetic gives you major dry lips and mouth. Apart from that, take drinks, I was glad I had bottled water as I thought the water at Fitzroy tasted funny. I drank a lot post op as your throat is so so dry. I took snacks but I couldn’t eat them as the dry throat made it too difficult to swallow. And a regular pillow which I left in the car to use between me and the seatbelt on the journey home xx
