I’m hoping the traffic to the hospital isn’t going to be too bad what with it being a Sunday.

i was in for a total of 12 hours, as i struggled to pee post op! so it depends on recovery. you need to be able to eat and drink, and pee! xx

Ah right so it’s mostly dependant on how well your body copes etc not nesseserily what time your admission or op time. X

It’s how your body copes also who your surgeon is and if he wants to see you both you go, my admission was 7am I was first in the list went into theatre about 9am I think we got discharged about 6pm as we were waiting for the doctor to come out of theatre to prescribe memy meds to take home

It is 6 hours Hun, but also heard that if you eat a lot 6 hours before then you will be more sick after, so best to just have something light x

I haven’t had anything since 5 yesterday but would have had to stop any eating at 2am this morning. Then just sips of water up until 6am. Xx
