Hi Sally,
No one will be able to give you anywhere near as good advice as the surgeon, but a few general rules are:
Breast implants tend to measure larger & look smaller, so you may need an implant to make you measure a D if you want to look a C.
Both overs and unders can look natural. The main thing is that they use overs if they feel you have enough breast tissue to cover it.
They say that roughly 125cc to 150cc is a cup size, assuming as you’re a 32 you may be petite, so perhaps you only need 125cc per cup size.
What profile of implant you get can effect the look. The profile describes how wide the implant is and how far they protrude from your chest wall. It goes moderate (wide and only protrudes a little), moderate + (protrudes a little more) all the way to ultra high profile, which will be narrower but will protrude from your chest much more.
So for example, I had mod+ because I’m a 36 so I needed a wider implant to fill my chest & create a more natural looking cleavage.
Hope this helps.
