opinions on MYA. :/

I live in scotland and have to travel 6 hours for my consultation and then for my surgery. its costing over 100 pounds each time. MYA have been good with me so far and i wouldnt go with any other cosmetic company . But after choosing them and them knwonig i have to travel this far youd think theyd help me or anyone out wiith at least some money if youre in this situation :/ anyone else had this problem? xxx
