So I haven’t been on for a few days loads of you have been asking y I couldn’t have my opp due to smoking well here it goes so I went the hospital on the 12th got into my gown and all that nurse came into do my blood pressure which was a little high she then went through some basic questions she asked me if I have been smoking I said no I quit 6weeks ago was quiet happy with myself 🙂 she asked if I had found it hard to quit I said no I have been using an ecig with no nicotine well that’s what I thought turns out some of the 0%nicotine liquids actually do contain it. I was so upset after leaving the hospital I’m now not using the ecig as I don’t want to risk anything else happening xx
