Unders are normally offered to people who don’t have enough breast tissue to cover the implant, the healing process is longer and it’ll take longer to see your final result. Unders tend to give a more natural look, however I’ve seen lots of girls on here with overs that also look very natural. The risk of encapsulation and rippling is also lower with unders.
