over or under?

Hello just wondering if under or over is better please? Thank you

It all depends how much tissue you have to start with. After researching if I could have the choice of either I would pick unders. My nurse said unders are generally better in the sense of the risks of cc being a lot lower and rippling xx

Generally your surgeon decides for you. I wasn’t given the option I was just told overs because I had quite a bit of breast tissue xx

Thank you girls. I was told over but after doing research I think under be better for me as I want them to look more natural xx
