Over or unders?

Hi Girls am I best asking for over or under the muscle? I’m a 32 c now but very sagging from weight loss I’d like a full D. What would you recommend x

Normally the surgeons decisions but as you have breast tissue and some sagging they will probably suggest overs x

i could of had overs but surgeon said have unders due to the long term benefits .. google unders or overs and read for yourself = I had 350 mod plus profile partials and Im a 34E now from 32A I love them and look so natural x
