So Iv just got back to my hotel room at ibis hotel in Preston after having my op this morning and I feel great!! I was a 34a and had 300cc unders by mr Traynor to take me to a c/d.
My admission time was 8am and I was 3rd on the list so went down to theatre at about 10 past 11. The staff were lovely and helped me stay calm all morning, I wasn’t nervous at all! When the nurse came in to check my blood pressure she said she couldn’t believe how calm I was lol!
When I went down to theatre the lady was just talking to me about if I was going on holiday this year etc put a mask over my mouth asked me what my favourite drink was and before I could even answer her I was asleep!
Got back to my room awake for half 12 and went straight back to sleep after having a few sips of water. The nurse came in regularly checking my blood pressure and just making sure I was okay, I felt absolutely fine! Had some more water, some biscuits and half a sandwich which was gorgeous!! Not in much pain at all! Then just after half 3 they let me go! I could get dressed myself my Mam just helped putting my jacket on but my arms seem pretty mobile.
Just laid in my hotel bed now still not in much pain just took some ibuprofen, probably fall back to sleep any minute!
There really is nothing to worry about it’s all over so fast, I will post some before and after pictures later on when I have another sneek peek!
