Over the muscle implants

Hi everyone! I’ve booked and paid for my surgery, I’m having 535cc round over the muscle, I’m only 19 and I’m worried that the implants will sag? Has anyone who had had a big implant over the muscle regretted it? I’m unsure what to do as I’ve met my surgeon and he said I might need an uplift in the future but I don’t want to do it and regret it after paying all that money 🙁 I’m wanting the big round fake lool will this achieve it? Or should I just have behindthe muscle or partial! Confused x

Hi Hun I had 600cc over the muscle I’m nearly 7 months post op I don’t think it would make a difference if you went under the muscle Hun your sugoen is right in the future they will no doubt sag because of the weight of the implant my sugoen told me to wear my post op bra to bed for life more or less to Avoid them sagging quicker than they should the more we look after our implants the less likely sagging will happen xxx

Who is your surgeon Georgia? It’s a bigger implant and obviously will be Heavy, over years all boobs will sag a little bit x
