Overnight stay

Girls i need help i am so confused with how it all works… i am having an uplift and implants so have been advised its an overnight stay. I am confused with what happens, does my partner/mother have to book a hotel and stay there and return to get me the following day or?! i dont feel as if this has been explained enough, i had my health check today and wont be seeing anyone now until my op which is the 11th of july but thought i would ask you guys before contacting my PC? has anyone had to have an overnight stay, if so what did you do?

I’m having an over night stay, but we live 2 hours away so me and my boyfriend are staying over in the hotel the night before then he’s staying there the night of my op, my discharge time is between 8-10 the next morning so it’s easier for family/lift to stay close ?

I live in Wales so I have no idea where I’m going so will all be via sat nav lol. But I will need to arrange a hotel for whoever I bring up with me so need to know what’s going on lol xxx
