Over muscle under muscle implants, depends on how much breast tissue you have to work with how high or low the implant will sit etc.. If you don’t have a lot of breast tissue it will be under or if you have sagging ones they’ll be under too

have you had your surgeon consultation? sometimes they only let you have one or the other. i have thin skin and not much breast tissue so can only go under the muscle he said xx
No I’m in with mr traynor Wednesday coming up I think I may be okay because I already have breast tissue I guess it just depends on what cc they think xx
