Overs or unders!!!!

Hi girls,
I’m having 375cc HP!! And my surgeon has requested I have the implants over the muscle as I have quite a bit of breast tissue!!! but I’m worried that it’ll look fake!!! I want the natural look So I don’t know if I should go under!!!
Can anyone help me please

hiya! i had overs 5 days ago and the recovery is amazing!! as soon as i woke up i felt fine, ive had no pain what so ever and they still look as natural as possible! cant recommened overs enough! i love mine, so happy my surgeon changed his mind xx

Hi Hun! I’m pretty much the same size as you, I initially wanted unders but I’ve also been advised overs due to having more breast tissue.. My surgeon assured me it would still look natural as I also didn’t want it to look too fake! Hope this helps 🙂 xx

I had unders because of having no breast tissues but I’ve seen so many overs results that look very natural xx

@meganx I totally agree! I would like to achieve a ‘natural’ DD so my surgeon suggested 325cc moderate profile overs but I’m not sure if that’ll be too small so might push for 350cc! 375 is a lovely size 😀 xx

I was told I had enough breast tissue for overs but I chickened out and went partially under. I’ve seen lots of natural overs that I love but not on anyone who had boobs like me before- very high and perky. X

@robynheyns yeah you might as well push for a 350cc because you don’t want to wish that you had gone bigger!!! Yeah I’m happy with 375cc but I’m gonna try a 350cc and 375cc again 2 weeks before my surgery to make a final decision!!! Xx

Yeah you should be fine Megan! I had hardly any breast tissue at all so I was surprised when my surgeon said I’m having overs! Xxx

i had overs with mya 6 days ago! i had a few consultations with different companies and i was determined to have unders because i was like you and wanted natural! but after i had been for my consultations with diff surgeons an they all advised over i was convinced that was right for my body and trusted them! but still made it really clear i wanted a natural look. im having my strapping off tomorow so will be able to se them properly but so far i am very happy i went for overs!!! ive had barely any pain throughout and stopped taking painkillers from day 3/4 xx

I was planning on unders but then was told that when training in the gym if an implant is under the muscle it was disfigure it so better to have overs or partials.
I find the high profile is the fakes look but thats just my opinion and I’m sure many will disagree with it. I don’t mean to offend anyone.
I wanted natural DD so went for moderate plus overs. I had enough tissue to cover them so they don’t look fake and didn’t need to go for unders.
I only had my op yest so my boobs have a long way to go before they show their true shape but I’m happy xx

If I had enough breast tissue I’d defo have overs but I don’t 🙁

Hiya, I was given the choice overs or unders and told by surgeon that there’s less chance of rippling with unders so I’ve chosen unders! Xxx
