Overs or unders?

Hi,

So I’ve had two consultations with different surgeons and one has told me I need unders and the other said overs… I’m SO CONFUSED!

I think I do prefer the look of overs in terms of cleavage but I’m only a very small B and don’t want them to look really fake. I’ve been offered 420cc UHP unders or 375-400cc UHP overs.

Has anybody had any of the above sizes? Really need to compare this weekend before making a decision and booking on Monday!

I was only offered unders, I have quite prominate collarbones and skinny chest so my surgeon was concerned that if I had overs I would be able to see the top of the implant especially because I wanted the largest size for my body, unders has worked perfect for me because I’ve been able to have a big implant and get the breast size, projection and cleavage that I wanted, I’ve seen some girls on here with overs and they look fab tho, so it’s dwfienly down to everyone’s individual bodies! Xx

Especially because I wanted round rather than tear drops, that may also have an impact I guess 🙂

I’m the same, my chest is really skinny and I definitely don’t want the Victoria Beckham look! I have no boobs at the top its just all at the bottom. What size were you before? Wish I was offered 450 I want to be an E cup xx

I wanted unders after all the research I done but my surgeon said overs will be best for me because if I had unders they would look to far apart, stuck on looking and fake.. but overs will give me a more natural look and a cleavage.. I’m having 325cc high profile round implants… it’s so hard to go by what others have had! Honestly it’s been really annoying for me lol! I’m booked for surgery Tuesday 20th June and I’m still not 100% sure what size I’m going to be as my pc told me I’ll go up 3 cup sizes can go up to a DD but the more I read on here the more I think I’ll be a c cup maybe a small D! Ask you surgeon what look you will achieve from having unders and then ask what you will achieve from having overs… I think they are the best people to ask advice from. I found someone on here with similar stats as me, she had 400cc unders and hers looks stunning so I went in asking for that lol! For my surgeon to say nope no bigger than a 325cc and I won’t do unders! It’s so frustrating lol xx

Aww it’s so annoying isn’t it! I’m just confused because the surgeons said two completely different things, I should have just stuck with the first one instead of getting a second opinion haha. I think you can get really good results with both of them I just can’t decide which to go for, very very confusing xx

That’s exactly what my surgeon referenced haha and I was a B cup before and now I’m a double FF so you should definitely get to a where you want with 375-400 I would say, it’s so hard tho as everyone is different xxx

If I could go back I would of had overs!! They just look so much more fuller and they look bigger in my opinion, I’m measuring a 30f from an a cup with 400unders but they look more like a D/DD xx

Would you really Abi? I absolutely love yours I think they’re fab. Did they not give you the option? I cant believe I’ve been advised overs with my tiny boobs ha! xxx

@tracy574 you look amazing. I’ve added you if that’s ok Hun. I’ve been offered 425 in one and 375 in other as one bit smaller, and partials. Don’t mind what I measure as I know they don’t measure like natural boobs, but I’d like to look like a nice D cup. Hoping I’ll achieve this but don’t want to be too big either as I’m only a size 8. That was the max the surgeon would go to based on my measurements. How was your recovery? I’m dreading that part! Partials sound brutal !! X

Im having 450 mod plus unders I thought it would be the profile that gives more of the fake look which is y im having mod plus… I like the fuller round look on some people ive seen but im worried mine will look stuck on coz ive chose a bigger implant, I want to be a E cup xx I think it’s so hard coz u have no real idea of what they are going to look like on you, ive read mod plus give better cleavage coz they are wider but then obviously they are flatter, im just hoping I like them however they turn out, but anything will be more than I have now lol xx

Sorry im having partials not unders (I asked for unders but my surgeon explained and has written in my letter it’s only the top of implant that will be under the muscle xx

I had overs from a small A cup and mine don’t look fake or stuck on at all! I love them so so much and I have more of a cleavage than if id of gone under I think because I was so small Im 3WPO x
