Overs or unders – which is more natural?

I keep reading and hearing mixed reviews… Which is more natural over or under the muscle?!

I would have thought under which is what I’m going for as my surgeon Dr Kazzazi said so and his clinic is called the natural look!

But just wanted to hear your thoughts? Xx

I always thought and have booked for unders, since you don’t get the round look at the top, but I am now starting to change my mind.

I’ve seen so many girls on here with overs who look natural, Missy for instance is one ladies that stick in my mind. I kind of like it when they drop a little lower and are closer together, as a normal breast would.

I’ve realised that unders always seem to sit quite high up (after a google image search) and further apart, due to the pectoral muscle holding them in place.

I have to say, sometimes you don’t have a choice as it depends on what breast tissue you have already. If you don’t have much to work with, then they normally go under the muscle xx

I had Mr kazzazi 3 weeks ago and had unders. I was worried about having a huge gap and no cleavage but it depends on your gap before surgery. I didn’t realise mine was ok as I have a nice cleavage now and without a bra theu are nice and close xxx

I have my op in 2 hours eek! And my PS told me to go for overs as it’s quicker recovery time and will give the illusion that they’re bigger than they would’ve been under x

I was with Mr kazzazi I think partials are the best of both world.

i had partials and mine look very natural 🙂 x

I had partials and mine are close together and I think they sit better . I didn’t want them to close together like right next to each other as that when they look fake x

Hi babe.. they both have plus and negative points.. i have overs and mine are very natural.. when braless they have a natural slope they dont look round or stuck on at the top and i have a nice small gap the same as it was pre op basically.. and i love that i have the option to make them look fake and round whenever i want as they arent restricted by the muscle.. overs can look fake if u dont have enough breast tissue for them.. unders look natural but can look fake when the muscles flex and sometimes they sit far apart.. theres no right or wrong they are both good in their own ways its just depends what is best for u the surgeon advises x

I had unders with Kazzazi and i have so much natural cleavage, they look like they’re being pushed together in a bra when i am braless! i love them

Yeah it depends on what you already have but I’m currently a 30B no cleavage but I do have enough breast tissue, I just want them to be filled out at the top!

By unders I mean partials cos my PC told me that all unders are partials cos no implant ever sits fully under the muscle..

I just deffo don’t want them to sit soo far apart or soo close together.. It’s hard cos I saw a few surgeons and 2 said go over but they werent in the UK and I think they said that cos it’s probs easier for them too..

I am feeling really confident with MYA though so I’m flying back to UK for my op with them 🙂
