    Hi,
Does anyone know if overs sag quicker than unders? I have the choice of placement including partials and am just trying to figure out what will be best for me.. Any advice would be appreciated! I’m a large b cup having a 400cc implant… Anyone similar with overs or unders?

    Thanks

    Add me if u like.

I’ve just had 450 unders. I liked the idea of partials but I couldn’t have them as i was having replacement surgery so had to stick with unders as the pocket is already there. Overs are definitely looser on your body but it depends on your skin elasticity etc. i was recommended unders as I didnt have enough breast tissue but I also wanted the natural look, not rounded all the way round which I believe your more likely to achieve with overs. Partials are great I think if your surgeon suggests them as they would be natural looking at the top but free/looser at the bottom.

Your best going with your surgeons suggestion at the end of the day , but it sounds like your suitable for all three so your lucky 😉

    Thanks Emma will do…
Yeh i have breast tissue which is why i think he suggested overs aswel as unders but he said i can choose… he also suggested a subfacial placement which i think is like a partial over!!! so loads to choose from…
I do really like the look of the partial unders, my friend has them and hers look really nice.. I dont want the round look but i still want to have a bit of volume on top to create cleavage with.. its just so hard knowing what to choose, wish it wasnt up to me lol!

Hi hun…Im a Bcup at the moment and I’m having 400cc unders. Dr Kazazzi said I could have overs if I reaalllly wanted but he said I would be better with unders for a longer lasting result?! Lol. So Im going with unders! Xx

I’m having overs now as I plan to have more children, you won’t get the double bubble look with overs. After I’ve had my kids and stuff if I want them re done my surgeon suggested unders x

Tell you surgeon exactly what you have just said about wanting a natural look but wanting to get cleavage and see what he suggests! I wouldn’t feel qualified to make he decision!:p x

I was told unders last longer due to them being held in place by the muscle. My friend had overs and they sagged quickly but everybody is different. X

Ok thanks girls… just have to make my mind up! I dont want them to sag too quick so i think under or partial under are best for me…!! Just worries me cos unders take longer to settle aswel!! so everytime i decide on one i think of a reason why i want the other!

Mine better not bloody sag lol! I think its how you look after them too I was told by friends of mine who have overs to wear support bras at night and whenever you can, one has had hers for 10 years and they still look awesome, but she has a friend who hasn’t worn any support bras since her surgeon said she didn’t have to and hers have sagged quite a bit xxx

Aww thank you and no worries, I know how confusing it was trying to make decisions. I heard a lot of surgeons are trying to change the perception of ‘overs looking false’, as that was my main worry, but I can honestly say I love them ha ha xx
