Overs VS Unders in the Long run

Are you more likely to et snoopy dog look with unders and do overs sag quicker what’s best.

what the surgeon said to me is.. Unders are used for people with no breast tissue to cover the implant.. the Americans like unders cos they create the look where you have quite a gap in between (not for everyone tho ) he said overs create more of a cleavage and look the most natural… as for the sagging quicker, all depends on how you look after them, due to saggin having them place either under or over doesnt matter regarding sagging ( i dont think)

Oh thanks huni. Yer I was told if u have unders ur natural tissue will sag neway but implant Won’t so may give snoopy dog (double bubble) look. Xxx

P.s is unders the same as partials I thought it was x

partials is kinda the same, partials arnt fully under the muscle, its like half under muscle something like that xx

Oh for some reason I thought it was the same. Just coz I read that it’s very rare to have full unders. Most just say under the muscle but it is a partial x
Wot wud u prefer?
