Hi Danielle. I am only petite, and didn’t want a fake look, but I chose to have overs purely because it doesn’t mess so much with anatomy and the recovery time is half. My surgeon said this would be ok for me. I’m 4 weeks post op and had 295cc from literally no boob and I don’t think mine look anymore fake than anyone who had unders. It all depends on what you have already as to what would be best for you. The size of the implant will also determine which method is more suited.
I had 425 and because the muscle simply wouldn’t stretch enough to cover I had to have overs.
I’m only POD 3 but I can safely say mine look like part of me.

I was a 34B before my op but with quite a wide set chest/ rib cage.
I honestly couldn’t say…it would all be down to surgeon suggestion.
They do take your preference into account but if you fully trust your surgeon the id always go with
their suggestion.
