Overs/unders/partials?

Hi girls
How did everyone decide the placement of their implants? Was it personal preference, Surgeon recommendation, combination of the two? Are their any factors which rule out certain placements?

Is part and part surgeon will suggest best for you based on ammount of breast tissue you already have, but if you can have both he will how you the option unders as for a more natural look, overs are if you have enough breat tissue to Cover the implant and partials are for natural looks also xx
