Paid but haven't had any info?

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone could help?

I have paid about 90% of my total amount and am paying the rest over the next couple months leading up to my surgery. Although I have put this amount of money down, I haven’t had confirmation of my surgery date being reserved for me, WHERE the surgery is (highgate or fitzroy) so I’ve paid but had no info back at the moment?

Has anyone else found this? Or are they waiting for me to pay the FULL amount before they TELL me anything?

I paid my full balance last week and I received everything within a couple of hours after by email xx
