Pain

Hey girls, had my op yesterday and im in so much pain today, really sore and bruised 🙁 how long does this feeling last? Xx

Hey Kirsty Did you have unders or overs? I had unders and I was in pain for a couple of days but if you take your pain relief regularly and take it very easy, and do nothing you should be fine 🙂
My first week was the worst but the pain relief I was on just made me want to sleep so thats pretty much all i did lol x

I had unders Hun, ive had some pain killers and starting on the voltarol and distaclor tablets today. Xx

Hi Kirsty. I set my alarm during the night to help ease discomfort. Keep thinking short term feeling for long term gain. Hope u managed to get some sleep Hun? x

Yeah I slept better than I thought I would its just when I move I feel really uncomfortable 🙁 xx

thats only normal, i stopped takin my pain killers day 3, and i basicaly skept for those 3 days, just keep takin them regularly n gettin plenty of rest, keep sleelin on ur back propped up, it helps the swellin go down, good luck x

Just rest as much as you can and take you pain relief regularly, it will ease off in a few days! The first few days are the worst but remember it is sooooo worth it 🙂 x
