Pain 12 months post op

Hi I had an uplift with implants December 11th last year with MYA. Only recently my left breast is so itchy and the scar around the nipple is getting bigger I also feel so much pain in that breast like it is heavier than the right. I have been completely fine up until now. Any ideas ? 🙁
