Pain!!

Hi girls I was 4 weeks PO yesterday. Today I am in a lot of pain on the outside of each incision. I’ve looked and there is nothing I should be worried about but if I touch them they feel really bruised. It’s hurting wearing my bra I’m panicking a little as I’ve not suffered any pain in a couple of weeks. Any ideas on what this could be from? Xx

Does anyone have an idea? The pain isn’t going xx

I’m 3 weeks today but I’ve never not been in pain so far! I know everyone says they keep changing for months so hopefully all normal! Take it easy xx

It feels like when you touch a bruise and it throbs? But I’m not actually touching the insult have that pain. I’ve been in bed for a few hours and it seems to have worn off a bit. Thanks for the replies girls xx
