I was the same but a 32c/d but very empty due to having my twins. He said if it wasn’t for my age I’d need a uplift so need to have bigger implants to see if again in years to come to have a uplift. I had 470 allergen extra high profile overs and I’ve got a 32E sports bra I have strapping on but the nurse said it fits lovely. I am swollen but have been using a lot of cold compresses to reduce swelling as much a poss which seems to be helping a lot. My 32 is tight but a comfy tight. I have a couple of 34 which are far to big and don’t support me enough. What sports bras did you buy xx

That’s good how do you put the ice on? Is it ok to use without strapping? I have strapping just like a band around the top of my boobs that’s it really, urm I bought a macom bra way too small, 3 primark, 2 Asda all don’t fit well! The only ones I can get on is a large which isn’t even supportive I’ve tied bobbles in the straps hoping to pull them up! Can’t wait for this to go! X

For ice I was using frozen peas or something in a sandwich bag then wrapping them in a pillow case then holding them on at the top and just under my arms. I’m set up a few bags in the freezer so when one melted the other was ready didn’t use ice as when it melts the chances of it leaking and getting you soaked is high! And when they start to melt they go soft so it doesn’t hurt to put a pit of pressure on them! I’d deffo go and get the ones from m&s I’ll try find the link of the ones I have. I’d get a 34 e and f try them on see which one fits better and take the other set back as they come in packs of 2 xxx
