Pain 4 months post op?

I’m now just over 4 months post op and for the last few days my right boob has started to feel a bit different to the other. I Can’t really describe how it feels. Maybe like an ache? It’s in the top half of my boob so above my nipple and towards my cleavage. It doesn’t hurt if I press on it I just notice this weird pain when I’m not doing anything. Anyone else had anything similar? Scared now because I thought everything would be all healed by now. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated! X
