Pain!!

Him now 2 dpo after having 350/320 unders. The side with the 350 is swelling up loads whereas the other isn’t. It’s so, so painful and I can’t get any rest al all, painkillers aren’t helping at all. I’d this normal? How long does it take for the welling to subside? Thanks x

What painkillers are you taking and how often?

Cocodamol and ipuprofen every 4 hours (staggering them). X

Try taking 2 cocodomol then 2 hours later 2 ibruprofen and alternate them every two hours ago that’s what I was advised to do and seemed to work

Yeah that’s what I’ve bren doing but it just not helping. It’s the swelling that’s bothering me more than anything. Had ice packs on but the swelling has spread to under my arms and the top of my right arm 🙁 Its agony. The left side is fine in comparison. X

I’d ring your nurse just in case. She said to me at pre op get in touch if you have any pain that painkillers can’t touch. X
