Pain 8 weeks post op

Had my op 8 weeks ago and up until now everything has been fine and I’m over the moon with my results.
However since I had my 6 week review and was told I dnt need to wear a bra whenever I go without one the next day my right breast is really painful as if it’s bruised
Has anyone else had this??

I’ve never heard of anyone being told no bra is ok?

I thought at 6 weeks you don’t need a sports bra but still need a normal soft cup or wired bra with a cotton support bra for sleeping?

I’d call your nurse and check Hun.
