pain across chest and back

hi post op girls
im 14 days today and had stopped the need for painkillers thru day about day 8 n feelin good as regards to op really but for few nyts again now im waking up in middle of the nyt to “morning boob” in agony and i have the worst back ache plus bum ache with it im lay here now n muy back is killin! i no im still early days how long will the boob ache poss continue to wake me tho..i no its prob bcoz i am not going to sleep as propped up as i was bcoz for 8 nights i slept upryt x

Hi Hun I’m feeling your pain , the Back ache inbetween my shoulder blades Is driving me crazy , altho morning boob didnt feel too bad this morn xxx

It will soon pass not to worry , it is awful tho feels like someone is sitting on your chest youl wake up one day and not feel anything xxx

Yea it is horrible..n the back ache is pretty constant just hope that isnt a permanant coz ov the new heavy boobies x

So glad I’m past that try and orthapetic pillow under ur back worked a treat for me hun x

@angels24 aswell as the v pillow? Im having to put a v pillow bhind my back and one under my bum wen i wake with achey bum bcoz its the chunkiest pillow the bum can bloody kill! I will try n get the ortho pillow then thanku,how r u feeling now all pains eased now?? Xx
