Pain and tightness.. Help please?

So I am 6 days po and had 375 hp unders. I have had hardly any pain more discomfort and achey than anything. However I feel really sore( not sure if it’s the muscle) and my left boob feels really tight and painful. Is this normal? It’s bearable just it’s come on all of a sudden. They have dropped abit and coming closer together already. I love them just don’t want anything to go wrong now. How do you know if you got unders, I was told I was but I thought I would be in more pain for having unders? Can anyone help please xx

I had unders Hun, I was expecting not to be able to lift my arms and was shocked I wasn’t in any pain. Like you said just aching and heavy. I’m 5 weeks po and my left sometimes still aches, but my right is fine. They change every day. And I was told to treat them as 2 operation. It’ll will probably be your muscle tightening over your implant. I can remember if I got cold my chest would go very tight and heavy, it’ll be fine once the muscle relaxs and stretches. But if your worried call you nurse. Xx
