Pain in incision help please!!!!

Hi girls I’m 3 weeks post op and the whole time the left boob Has definitely been my more problematic one but the last few days I’ve had like sore feeling in my left incision like
It keeps makes it me move my bra is not pain more like really discomforting, the nurse has told me I can take my own tapes of this week but I’m terrified of infection please if anyone has some details on
There own experience would be much appreciated xxx
