Pain in my left scar nearly 5 weeks post op

Ok so I have this horrible pain when I touch my scar! It is slightly red but apart from that it’s fine! It’s like
A shooting burning pain! Anyone else experienced this?

Unless there’s discharge it’s normal 🙂 does it look angry? Most likely nerves reconnecting I still get them it also feels like my boob has seized up and my scars are pretty faded now 🙂 if unsure just get to a normal nurse or drop in clinic x

Is you’re bra a bit too tight ? I was in wrong size for first 6 weeks lol :l after that felt less itchy and burny

Interesting you say that actually! I was measured (too early I know but couldn’t resist) as a 32ff last week and I’m wearing a 36dd sports bra! But it doesn’t squish them it supports them :/ xxx

Wear the sports bra u measure it helps with comfort of scars my scars were healing slowly as was too tight till I just got primark sports bra ha I still wear this over wearing wired bras so comfy good cleavage and good support 🙂

Thankyou so much for the advice! I have another question! Saturday I will be 3 days before my 6 weeks op….my scars are fine (no weeping or blood….just right one slightly tender today) its my best friends birthday and were going to party it up in Manchester! Will
I be okay to wear a wired push up bra? I have a low cut top to show off the twins! Xxx

Maybe take the wire out I wouldn’t risk it especially with sore scars 🙂 or if u really really want to put like 3 big dressings underneath bra where incisions are 🙂 try not to get knocked but I was havin sex on day 3 with the boyf and parting day 5 haha enjoy!:):)

That’s a good idea actually 🙂 haha I’ve done all that stuff too hahah just not worn a wired bra!! I might get some mepilex dressings they’re super padded! What size did you have? Happy with them? zxzz

I had that just coming up to 6 weeks along with sharp pains in top of book when i bent down jade it checked out by nurse and it was just the nerves so i was told 🙂 it almost gone now
