Hi Lauren, I had pain in the neck to, along with pain everywhere else to be honest lol. I’m wk5po now and it gets a lot better, much more movement and its easier to get into comfy positions. Play around with your pillows a lot to find what keeps you comfy, and not each night will be the same or so found. I find now that sometimes I get neck pain wearing my sports bras with the straps in certain positions. I change between macom and sports bras to give my shoulders a rest. xx
