Pain in right incision :(

Hi girls I’m panicking my left boob is fine but under my right one where scar is it really hurts when I move like getting up and down of sofa.
Worried my scars open and I’ve over stretched it? X

When they heal they tighten so its probably just where you skin is moving where the stitches are healing and tightening up. I moved too quickly yesterday and mine stabbed! Taught me a lesson! X

Feels a bit better but when I sneeze or cough it’s agony on my right incision is this normal? Scared there gonna burst! X

I think its normal, Im 7 weeks post op and my scars are healed but if i move/stretch too quickly then i still get a pain x
