Pain in shoulder blade and boob ?

Hi , It’s 3 weeks since my BA but over the last two days I’ve been getting a really bad pain in my shoulder blade right through to my boob . It hurts constantly and hurts to take deep breaths and cough . Has anyone else ever had this at all ? It’s really painful
I’m still sleeping on my back and wondering if maybe I’ve done something to the shoulder blade and that its that that’s effecting my boob . Would be really grateful for any feed back please as quite worried

Go to GP you may have chest infection xx

Hi s & Gail , I went to my GP and she said I’ve pulled a muscle . So told me just to take it easy & gave me some pain killers for it .
