pain in the incishion 2weeks po ? HELP

Ok so as you no I had 485cc in the left and 385 in the right.the left was flat and it is the lightest one of the two,it hurts to breath in deep and on the side of the incision its like a hard bit under it.i no its tight but Is the normal ?
