Pain killers

Hope everyone has enjoyed Christmas! I’m a week post op today and am still taking feeling very tight and stiff at times. Is anyone else similar and still taking paracetamol and ibuprofen? I’ve just read quite a few post of girlies who are doing amazingly well and not really taking any pain relief. Xx

Yep I still took painkillers after the first week just do what your body’s telling you to do if you need to still take them I would xxx

I stopped taking Ibruprofen on day 7 but only took painkillers when going to bed just to help with the stiffness and pain overnight. Definitely continue taking pain relief if you need it, I moved around as much as possible to avoid stiffness even if it was moving from one room to another. Hope that helps.
