Pain relief & sleeping hits

Hi does any one know if I can take Co-codamol and Ibuprofen together? oh and does any one know of a comfortable position to get some sleep upright Iv had none Hardley last night. Any little hits and tips would come in handy thanks xx

Yes you can Danielle, just don’t exceed recommended doses but I have taken these together on a few occasions for a back problem I have. And youre supposed to take ibuprofen with food x

Sorry can’t help with the sleep thing I’m in the same position myself, so tired, just propped up on lots of pillows including the v pillow and one under my knees too but it’s hard isn’t it! Hang on in there and try to catch up in the day time with little naps xx

Thanks Tracey was just to try get the swellen down ibuprofen as the co- codamol is working for the uncomfort. Aw a know it’s so tiring I kept dozing off then waking up sick already and its only my first night. Thanks for your help x

Me too 🙁 its soo uncomfortable im a front sleeper its killin me its only been one night lol ive got a hot water bottle on me back its killin me haha we will get there hope you get some sleep xx

Haha I’m sick I’m dying to get home danielle I’ll have to figure out what to use in the house to make it better I love sleeping on my stomach lol I was dying to roll over lol x

I’m sleeping with my v pillow propped up, a soft blanket under my bum to stop it from going numb and then a pillow underneath my knees and I’ve had two nights of good sleep now so it must be doing the trick! hope you feel better soon xxx

I’m going to have to get one these v pillows as I’m no good without any sleep yeah that was another thing my bum was killing will be flat as a pancake after this week lol thanks girls x

Hey try this as helps you to take pressure off your back and stops you slipping down in the night I had sleep upright for 8 weeks with my iplifts n implants n 2013 just place it across your bed and pop your legs over it

I found the V pillow not to be comfy at times
