Pain with uplift??

Hi girls
I’ve got my operation in October, I’m only have an uplift no implants due to my thin skin.
I was just wondering how much pain you were in? I’m having my operation on the Tuesday and going back to work the following Thursday. Will I have full moniton without to much pain? And what should I expect for the first few days?

Any tips are more than welcome! Getting excited but a little nervous! ????

Hi Josie, i had uplift with implants but i found the uplift is the part that takes much longer to heal, what line of work is it? I am over 2 weeks post op and very sore and fragile still xxx

Hi, I had an uplift with implants yesterday, so far had absolutely no pain, I just feel tight. No way near as bad as I was expecting xx

Hi girls, I have a my op booked for October. What incisions did you have? And how long did it take for you to feel okay? x

I have an anchor, I felt ok straight away. I only had an issue at around 4 weeks post op as not all my stiches dissolved and my scars were popping open to allow my body to push the stitches out, I’m 6 weeks now and it’s still on going but I’m nearly there! It sounds worse than it is, the nurses dealt with it straight away and it won’t affect the way my scars look in the end.

Omg. Glad to hear you’re okay now and it’ll be fine. I had mine. I had implants in using the infamammory incision and a periareola lift incision. I’m 1 week post op and feel okay just a little sore w movement/ deep breath at times
