pain/ache in left breast.

I am 14 weeks post op and I cant sleep on my left side, my left breast seems like its in the way abd I get this pain ache in it. Still hav the ache this morning. My left one is totally different, its fine, I can sleep on that side and that boobs fine.

Can anyone give any advice or share experiences?

I’m having the exact same problem I only nearly two weeks PO xxx

Yer I had similar thing in early weeks. But im over 3 months post op so dunno y im feeling like this now.

I’m same, although in 5 days po. When I sleep I feel like my left side gets in the way and aches. X

Hi Laura, are you still wearing a sports bra to bed? I was getting pains on my right side it felt very tight and sore. I either wear a less supportive bra or no bra at all to bed and that helps xx

Yer thats what it feels like for me, very tight.
