I TOTALLY underestimated how painful a BA was to the point that i would have never have had one if i knew! I am still in agony at 4 days po. I did have a rough time in hospital and ending up being kept in from being a day case but even so OMG – does/did anyone else think this too? x
Doesnt help with the fact that im all strapped up so dont even know if its all worth it lol! x
The pain hasn’t been too bad but the whole ga and experience and reaction to drugs was not good. Strapping off and I’m really pleased just the numbness is freaking me out as they feel dead! So the strapping hides that and supports you well. Had more pain since strapping come off as they seem to be so heavy and feel like they will fall off! Lol
I’ve been in a lot of pain too! Been sleeping a lot so I don’t feel it! I was prepared for pain but not this lol! I can’t flick the light switch on or even pull my pants down without been in pain! My boyfriend went back to work today and it’s been a nightmare I’ve sat in the same position since he left pretty much xxx
I too was prepared for pain, i would have been really nieve to think i wouldnt be in some kind of pain – at the end of the day your having implants inserted into your body (& below muscle in my case) but the pain is horrendous. Ive had a major operation & two children (one by emergency caesarean) so its not like this has been my first encounter of a painful experience. I literally cant do anything for myself, sleeping is a nightmare! Im not trying to scare or put anyone off this procedure as im sure everyone is different and every op is different, but i do warn other girls to be really prepared for this procedure and make sure you have lots of help especially if you have young children like me, BA is no walk in the park believe me! Have my strapping off on friday and dreading the pain from that as that support will be gone (wearing sports bra on top of strapping also at the min!!). I will try and put pics up soon xxx
My personal opinion is that it’s the strapping that causes the pain. It was so tight! My mum who also has had a ba couldn’t believe my reaction but then she didn’t have strapping? I also have a very high pain threshold. But I just couldn’t breath I felt I was being suffocated. As soon as that stuff was off I was back to normal. I feel for you guys, not long now and it will be over, and all worth it in the end, smile 😀 you now got perky boobies lol x
Yeah if I go outside I put a sports bra on over the strapping! Don’t wan to be poking anyone’s eye out with these cones haha! Yeah the strapping is itching like mad and I want it off but not having that support is going to be weird xxx
I know yea prob be posting on here fri evening excited with pics of my new perky boobies with most of the pain a distant memory and glad and proud of myself that I got through it! I know one thing these can get as saggy as u like never goin through this again lol x
Haha that’s what’s I’ve been saying! Xx
I felt exactly the same, I didn’t even have strapping an the pain was ridiculous. Had to take Valium and tramadol which is the only thing that helped. I couldn’t go for a wee without wanting to cry! I said to my mum if I knew the pain id never have done it and that I wanted them out if the pain went away but almost six weeks now and it’s been so so worth persevering so far
It’ll get betterxxxx
