Pain,pain go away

Hi girls I’m day 7 post op had 400cc hp partials and my right boob is still so painful it feels like someone is pulling it down then twisting it, every time I try to move I get a sharp pain in it, I got naproxen of doc cos I got so bloated of the co-cod, is this pain normal in one boob I’m constantly crying with the pain and have ice pack to help ease the pain! Is this normal if so how long will this last I can not wait to get bk to normal it’s awful! Xxx
