Paper knickers!

On the day of your surgery what exactly do you wear? I’m confused about these paper knickers lol! Are they see through? Can’t you just keep your own knickers on?
When they come to draw on you, do you just pull the gown down?

You don’t wear your own knickers, just the paper ones. And yes they are see through! When they draw on you just pull the gown down to your waist. Apparently it’s in case you have any nylon in your knickers! X

Yes they are see through but not completely clear so cover your modesty VERY slightly! Gotta love how sexy they are haha. I’ve heard other girls have been allowed to wear their own if they are 100% cotton. I was just in paper pants in my room when they drew on me (attractive sight), when in surgery they just pull the gown down to your waist xxx
